From the Editors
The editors of Ethics & International Affairs are pleased to present the Summer 2023 issue of the journal! The highlight of this issue is a symposium organized by Juan Espindola on Cécile Fabre's Spying through a Glass Darkly: The Ethics of Espionage and Counter-Intelligence, featuring contributions by Ross W. Bellaby, Ron Dudai, Alex Leveringhaus, Rhiannon Neilsen, Juan Espindola, as well as a response by Cécile Fabre. Additionally, the issue includes a feature article by Thana C. de Campos-Rudinsky on the legal duty to cooperate during a global pandemic. The issue also contains a review essay by Zeynep Pamuk on artificial intelligence and ethics, and book reviews by Hans Peter Schmitz and Brad K. Blitz.
