Paul Segal

Paul Segal is Senior Lecturer at King’s International Development Institute, King’s College London. He is an economist working on global inequality and poverty; on the economics of resource-rich countries, with a focus on the question of who benefits from resource revenues; and on the economic history of Argentina. He has held positions at Harvard University, the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies, and Sussex University, and has consulted for UNDP and Oxfam, among others.
