Kenneth A. Rodman

Kenneth A. Rodman is the William R. Cotter Distinguished Teaching Professor of Government at Colby College. His work on the relationship between international criminal justice and conflict resolution has appeared in Ethics & International Affairs, Human Rights Quarterly, Leiden Journal of International Law, and the Encyclopedia of Global Justice. He is the author, most recently, of “Pacting the Law within Politics: Lessons from the International Criminal Court’s First Investigations,” in Peter Malcontent, ed., Facing the Past: The Effectiveness of Remedies for Past Historical Injustice (forthcoming).
