Kate Donald and Sally-Anne Way

Kate Donald is director of the Human Rights in Development program at the Center for Economic and Social Rights in New York. Previously, Donald worked as an adviser to the UN Special Rapporteur on Extreme Poverty and Human Rights, and has also held positions at the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights and the International Council on Human Rights Policy.

Sally-Anne Way teaches and researches in the field of international human rights law with a particular focus on economic, social, and cultural rights. Most recently, she has worked for the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) and as a lecturer in international human rights law at the University of Essex. Way has also served as a senior adviser to the UN Special Rapporteur on the Right to Food and as research director at the Center for Economic and Social Rights.
