Jennifer Tobin

Jennifer Tobin is assistant professor of public policy at the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University. She earned her PhD at Yale University, and has worked at the Brookings Institution, the World Bank, Oxford University, and microfinance institutions in Uganda, Haiti, and Mexico. Her main research interests are in the political economy of development, specifically focusing on international investment, trade, foreign aid, and investor-state dispute resolution.
