Aidan Hehir

Aidan Hehir is reader in international relations at the University of Westminster. He earned his PhD in 2005 and has previously worked at the University of Limerick and the University of Sheffield. His research focuses on the Responsibility to Protect and post-conflict reconstruction in Kosovo. His books include International Law, Security and Ethics (2014, coeditor); Libya, the Responsibility to Protect, and the Future of Humanitarian Intervention (2013, coeditor); Humanitarian Intervention: An Introduction, 2nd Edition (2013); and The Responsibility to Protect: Rhetoric, Reality and the Future of Humanitarian Intervention (2012).
